The Wagner Companies have two facilities: Wagner Lumber Company in Owego, New York; and Wagner Hardwoods, LLC in Cayuta, New York.

Wagner Lumber Company is situtated on 30 acres of land in the Town of Owego in Upstate New York about 20 miles west of Binghamton near the Pennsylvania border. The Cayuta facility manufactures 25mmbf of lumber annually running two shifts per day, with a kiln capacity of over 1.3 mmbf. In addition there is a significant amount of lumber handling and storage capacity. This facility employs around 120 persons.
