The Wagner Companies have three saw mills: Wagner Lumber Company in Owego, New York; Wagner Nineveh in Nineveh, NY and Wagner Hardwoods, LLC in Cayuta, New York. We also have a log yard located in Belmont, NY. 

Wagner Lumber Company is situated on 30 acres of land in the Town of Owego in Upstate New York about 20 miles west of Binghamton, near the Pennsylvania border. Wagner Lumber produces approximately 25 million board feet of hardwood lumber annually with a single shift and maintains a kiln capacity of 450 mbf. Wagner employs over 100 persons at this facility.

Wagner Hardwoods sits on a 100 acre site with plenty of lumber history. Cotton-Hanlon first started this facility in the 1920's and operated a variety of wood processing plants there until the mid 1990's. After a brief stint by another operator, the plant was purchased by Wagner in 2001. The Cayuta facility manufactures 25 million board feet of lumber annually, running two shifts per day, with a kiln capacity of over 1.3 mmbf. In addition there is a significant amount of lumber handling and storage capacity. This facility employs around 120 persons.

Wagner Nineveh is located in Nineveh, NY and is the site of the former Pomeroy Lumber Company.  The site was badly flooded in 2006 and Wagner is working hard to renew the facility.  Wagner Nineveh employs over 40 people and produces 12 million board feet of hardwood lumber annually. 

Wagner's Western New York Yard allows us to purchase logs from as far away as Ellicottville, NY and Shinglehouse, PA.  There are two buyers on site Monday through Friday, ready to scale and purchase your loads.
